Skills/Global Skills

Global skills are skills that have no range limitations.  These include attacks, defensive abilities, buffs, debuffs and status effects.  The most powerful global skills can damage all enemies and have a chance to cause afflictions.  Some of these skills are immediate while others require a countdown.  Summoned elementals even have the chance kill foes already affected with that element's affliction.  Only one elemental and one countdown skill may be summoned by each brigade per battle.
